Practice Setting
- North Phoenix facility with a cohesive, patient-friendly design
- Join a collegial group of 7 retina-focused physicians with highly skilled support staff, including scribes and procedure techs for each physician
- Surgeries focus on retinal detachments and other retina-specific procedures
Schedule
- 1:7 weeks call, with minimal disruptions due to an advanced triage call center
- Flexible surgical options
- Participate in group s cutting-edge clinical research initiatives to advance the field of retina surgery
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with a rewarding collections model and the potential to earn 7-figure annual incomes (all full-time physicians are above 7 figures)
