Structural Engineer - West Michigan Region

About the Opportunity
As a Structural Engineer, you will apply your expertise in structural analysis, materials, and design across a wide variety of projects, including:
- Higher Education and K-12 facilities
- Industrial and commercial developments
- Municipal and infrastructure projects
- Historic preservation and specialty structures
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural design in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood/timber systems
- Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and technical reports
- Support project managers and coordinate with cross-discipline teams
- Contribute to innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable design solutions
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Structures emphasis preferred)
- PE license in Michigan (or ability to obtain via reciprocity)
- Experience with design codes including IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, and NDS
- Proficiency (or willingness to learn) Revit modeling software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary : $80,000 - $105,000 (commensurate with experience)
