Structural Director

Company Summary: Looking for an immediate hire to work with a leading Architecture and Engineering firm based in, Colorado. Candidate has a strong professional background, results-driven mindset, and eagerness to contribute to an energetic and talented team. The director will focus their efforts in expanding and leading Colorado business efforts.

The Director will be responsible for:

• Facilitate key project meetings to align teams and ensure strategic execution, expanding client relationships and building out the office's Colorado presence.
• Oversee scheduling and resource coordination to meet critical milestones within residential, commercial, multifamily and hospitality sectors.
• Lead site evaluations, documenting conditions and verifying compliance with technical standards.
• Maintain high-level communication with external partners and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, resolve challenges, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure organized documentation and data management for operational efficiency.
• Stay informed on industry developments through professional engagement.
• Represent the organization at external events and identify visibility opportunities.
• Support broader organizational goals through flexible leadership and collaboration.

The Director should have the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in related field
• Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Architecture Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Obtained relevant licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit
• Occasional travel required
• Experience in business development
