Base pay range
$80.00/hr - $105.00/hr
We are seeking a seasoned Functional Strategy Generalist to join our Global Central Strategy Team for Marketing. This is a temporary backfill role supporting the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and broader strategic initiatives. You will lead and support high-impact projects, drive strategic planning processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape and communicate marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support special strategic projects for the CMO
- Drive annual planning processes including OKRs, budget allocations, and strategic planning
- Build out strategies and recommendations for leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing and adjacent teams
- Manage and coach external vendors and consultants
- Communicate strategy effectively to leadership
- Conduct strategic analysis to optimize performance and inform decision-making
- Support executive communications and internal event planning
- Analyze trends in the future of work and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Manage workflows in targeting and measurement processes
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years in management consulting, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory
- OR 4+ years with an advanced degree (MBA, MPP, etc.)
- 3+ years working with executive stakeholders
- 2+ years developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives
Preferred Experience
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Strong strategy/consulting background preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic thinking and leadership alignment
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets); familiarity with SQL or Looker is a plus but not required
