Store Manager (F/T)
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all staff and operations as well as maintaining the overall presentation of the store. In this supervisory role, the Manager inspires their team by demonstrating responsibility and teamwork, aligning with the company's core values. The ultimate goal is total customer satisfaction, achieved by modeling effective selling techniques, developing a strong client base, building sales, and meeting store profit objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a high-performance team that reflects the company's values.
- Communicate the company's vision and mission regularly to the team and customers.
- Create an environment of growth, accountability, and inclusivity through development, performance management, training, and coaching.
- Maintain excellent standards and product knowledge, including merchandise promotions and advertising efforts.
- Lead staff and oversee store operations to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals.
- Hire qualified candidates who embody the company's values.
- Ensure all safety and operational standards are maintained.
- Possess retail operations knowledge, including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention, safety policies, and company directives.
- Assist in various store operations such as training, visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
- Coordinate resources and services to meet business goals.
- Process information and transactions through the computer system and POS.
- Perform additional duties outside the specific role as needed.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of retail experience, including staff supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention.
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The pay range for this position is $55,000-$80,000 per year plus commission, based on experience and skills. Benefits are additional.
