Job Details
Responsibilities & Desired Qualifications:

• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for steel erection and related self-perform scopes
• Review project specifications, drawings, and RFPs to develop accurate cost models
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure alignment between estimate and execution
• Track historical cost data and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
• Open to candidates from GC estimating backgrounds who want to transition into steel/self-perform
• 0-7+ years of estimating experience; junior to senior candidates will be considered
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
