What You'll Do:

• Engage and recruit Tax Associate candidates throughout their journey, from application to orientation.
• Implement targeted recruiting campaigns for both new and experienced tax professionals.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews for Receptionists and Associate Team Leaders.
• Support tax office associates in their ongoing education, including achieving higher certification levels.
• Plan and oversee virtual or in-person open house events for tax offices.
• Assist with the execution of Ready to Serve activities.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a supervisory retail role, or an equivalent background.
• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Capable of leading and influencing teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick adaptability to new software.
• A strong desire to mentor and develop others along their H&R Block career path.

Bonus Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a high school diploma with relevant professional experience.
• Two years of experience in multi-unit retail management.
• Previous experience in an office manager role.
