What You Will Do:

• Engage and recruit Tax Associate candidates from application to their start date, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
• Implement strategic recruiting campaigns aimed at attracting new and experienced tax professionals.
• Coordinate and support interviews for key roles such as Receptionists and Associate Team Leaders.
• Assist tax office associates with ongoing education and training to elevate their client service capabilities.
• Organize and prepare for virtual and in-person tax office open houses to showcase opportunities.
• Support the execution of our Ready to Serve activities, enhancing client engagement.

Your Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail supervision or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A strong ability to lead and influence others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to quickly master new technology tools.
• A commitment to fostering growth in others along the H&R Block career path.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience with a high school diploma.
• A minimum of 2 years in multi-unit retail management.
• Prior office management experience.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $65.00/Hr. Individual pay decisions will be based on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location.
