A Day in the Life:

• Engage and recruit Tax Associate candidates from the application process through their start date.
• Execute targeted recruiting campaigns aimed at new and experienced tax professionals.
• Coordinate and support interviews for Receptionists and Associate Team Leaders.
• Assist tax office associates with meeting continuing education requirements and enhancing certification levels, including Small Business certifications.
• Organize and facilitate virtual or in-person tax office open houses.
• Help implement Ready to Serve activities.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Experience in retail supervision or a related field.
• Background in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and an eagerness to learn new applications quickly.
• A passion for developing others along the H&R Block career path.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
• Two years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Previous office manager experience.
