A Day in the Life:

• Engage in the recruitment of Tax Associate candidates, maintaining their enthusiasm from application through onboarding.
• Conduct recruitment calling campaigns targeting both new and experienced tax professionals.
• Facilitate and participate in interviews for Receptionists and Associate Team Leaders.
• Provide support to tax office associates for their ongoing education, helping them improve certification levels, including Small Business certifications, and Client Care training.
• Plan and organize both virtual and in-person tax office open houses.
• Assist with executing Ready to Serve activities.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Retail supervisor experience or equivalent background.
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to lead and influence others.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of other software applications.
• A passion for developing others along their career paths at H&R Block.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a high school diploma with comparable experience.
• 2 years of experience in multi-unit retail management.
• Previous experience in an office manager position.

Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $65.00 per hour. Pay decisions are based on factors such as experience, education, and geographic location. Successful candidates may be eligible for additional incentive compensation.
