A Day in the Life:

• Engage and recruit Tax Associate candidates from their application to start date.
• Conduct calling campaigns to attract new and experienced tax professionals.
• Facilitate interviews for Receptionists and Associate Team Leaders.
• Support tax office associates with ongoing education and certification, including Small Business certifications.
• Organize virtual and in-person tax office open houses.
• Help execute Ready to Serve activities for our clients.

Your Experience:

• Previous experience in retail supervision or a similar role.
• Background in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• A knack for leading and influencing others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new applications.
• A passion for nurturing talent within the H&R Block career framework.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in multi-unit retail management.
• Prior office management experience is a plus.

Pay Information: The pay range for this role is $15.00 - $65.00/Hr, influenced by individual factors such as experience, education, and geographic location. Successful candidates may also participate in incentive plans for additional earnings, and have access to valuable benefits like the Associate Tax Prep benefit.
