Senior Technical Program Manager

The Amazon Music Personalization and AI Innovation team is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive important initiatives and organizational mechanisms across the organization. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure execution of initiatives which deliver value from customers. In this role you will own the execution and management of key technical projects in the personalization space.

Key job responsibilities:

• Drive execution of core projects in the personalization space.
• Communicate with leadership about the status, risks, and progress of new customer features.
• Partner with tech teams to design and develop the system architecture and feature approach.
• Partner with product to prioritize and scope potential product features, and assist in crafting requirements.
