Sr. Technical Product Manager, Lead Management - AWS Marketing Integrated Demand Center. Job ID: . In this role, you will drive the development and prioritization of a global product roadmap to revolutionize how AWS manages, scores, delivers, and optimizes its customer and prospect base. You will establish best practices in marketing automation and data governance, drive impact on sales productivity and revenue, and lead feature development shaping AWS’ customer engagement. You will own capabilities, define strategy and requirements, and trade off features and time-to-market. You will partner with engineering and program management to ensure scalable, reliable, and customer-delighting experiences, and influence other internal roadmaps to achieve launch milestones and user experience goals. This role collaborates with global, cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Legal). This role may sit in Arlington, VA; Austin, TX; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA. Relocation offered to these locations from within the USA. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex and ambiguous business problems into crisp product strategies and roadmaps, managing prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience and time-to-market.
• Write technical product documents, including narratives, feature requirements, EPICS, user stories, and product specifications, ensuring clear communication with business, design, and development teams.
• Provide technical leadership for software development lifecycle activities including system architecture, development, testing, support, and administration.
• Drive alignment of capability strategy by working with Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations.
• Measure and analyze existing products and business models for opportunities to innovate and improve for developers and customers.
• Own experiments and create clear mechanisms to test and pilot new features prior to launch; document and track success metrics for feasibility analysis.
• Own the launch of new capabilities, collaborating with program management, enablement, and internal customers.
• Identify and resolve strategic and tactical issues that may impair adoption of capabilities to achieve usage and technical goals.
• Identify new and innovative lead management services or capabilities to drive value for customers and revenue efficiency.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using analytical tools, such as Tableau, QlikView, QuickSight
• Experience building and driving adoption of new tools
• Experience managing technical products or online services
