What You'll Do:

Lead large-scale industrial, commercial, or mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning
Own estimating, change orders, schedule, budget management, and stakeholder communication
Coach & mentor PM and APM staff; drive best practices across the team

What We're Looking For:

5+ years managing industrial/mechanical or process-focused construction
Strong estimating, analytical, problem-solving, and scheduling skills (MS Project)
Excellent communicator with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
