Job Responsibilities -

We are currently looking for Sr. Manager - MMS B2B Commerce Application Development (AD) who can lead the execution of major system developments, new features, and enhancements based on business requirements and can Collaborate with the product team to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Feature Development & Innovation

• Lead system development and feature enhancements.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Utilize generative AI to accelerate development and innovation.

Project Management

• Oversee cross-functional teams and capital projects.
• Align with service management on scope and timelines.
• Mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.

Vendor & Resource Oversight

• Manage vendor accountability and MSP resource utilization.
• Ensure quality and timely deliverables from external partners.

Technical Leadership

• Guide development teams and junior architects.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Integrate AI for architectural decisions and optimization.

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with business analysts and stakeholders.
• Maintain transparent communication and foster innovation.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure robust testing and issue resolution.
• Leverage AI-driven tools for efficient testing processes.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Promote team-wide knowledge sharing and use AI for automation.

Minimum Requirements- Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience

Critical Skills :

• Strong proficiency in backend and frontend development technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, JavaScript frameworks, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in vendor management to ensure that project partners are accountable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate project performance and optimize development processes.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate development teams

Preferred  Skills :

• Experience in managing complex capital projects with multiple dependencies.
• Proven ability to manage long-term project roadmaps using Agile methodologies.
• Ability to leverage AI-driven analytics for predictive insights and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, ensuring that the team remains agile and responsive.
