The Senior Consumer Experience Professional is a highly detail-oriented position responsible for overseeing the review, facilitation, and meticulous tracking of all member and marketing communications related to Florida Medicaid. This role manages communications throughout their entire lifecycle, beginning with intake into Humana's internal MDMC program and continuing through to approval by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and subsequent activities.
The Senior Consumer Experience Professional plays a critical role in ensuring that all member and marketing communications meet the highest standards of contractual accuracy in alignment with the latest Florida Medicaid contract. This position is responsible for facilitating comprehensive internal and state reviews of communications, meticulously tracking and organizing materials from initial intake through final state approval. The role requires adapting communications as needed, certifying fourth grade readability using Flesch-Kincaid statistics, and collaborating closely with creative teams, business owners, and key stakeholders. Additionally, the Senior Consumer Experience Professional conducts regular validations of implemented materials to verify ongoing compliance and leads the project management and coordination of contractual or internal changes that affect communications.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Edge, and Outlook
- Experience in making decisions, and working independently with little supervision
- Experience with member and/or marketing communications
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBase, including Humana's internal MDMC program
- Proficiency in Humana's internal ESP program
- 5+ years of consumer operations experience
- Strong understanding of Florida Medicaid

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $71,100 - $97,800 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
