Senior Business Analyst

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Duration: 6-month C2H

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our ServiceNow Delivery Team, focusing on Security Operations Modules. This role is intended to transition into a full-time opportunity after the initial 6-month contract period.

You will serve as a liaison between stakeholders and developers, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements, and leading Program Increment (PI) planning sessions. This is not a traditional Product Owner role but requires strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
• Lead and facilitate PI planning sessions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across departments
• Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure successful delivery of web development projects

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience with PI planning
• Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira)
• Background in web development projects
• Previous experience as a Product Owner

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow
• Industry-specific experience (security operations preferred)
• Certifications: Product Owner or Scrum Master (preferred)
