Educational Program Specialist

Serves as a specialist in the development, planning and execution of educational programs for employees, leaders and physicians of Spectrum Health.

Essential Functions

• Plans, coordinates, implements, promotes and monitors educational offerings as indicated by organizational needs.
• Acts as a collaborative business partner across the organization to understand and identify learning and performance needs.
• Understands various approaches in designing learning that best meet the specific needs of different audiences.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and leverages a broad range of tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Able to measure and analyze learning outcomes to continuously improve learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Ensures that responsible decisions are made regarding use of training and development budget resources.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience in developing, analyzing, delivering and measuring training programs.
