Sourcer

Vaco LA is partnering with a client in the Home Improvement Industry who seeks a talented Sourcer to join their team. This is a 3-month fully remote assignment; local candidates in LA are preferred. This opportunity is looking to pay between $26-$28/hr. We are seeking qualified candidates with prior sourcing experience, ideally in sourcing for Sales Representatives. This opportunity offers a work-from-home environment, a supportive company culture, and ample prospects for learning and growth.
Immediate availability is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:

• Actively source candidates.
• Utilize job boards and other innovative sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
• Handle overflow telephone screening calls.
• Minimum 2-3 years of sourcing experience required.
• Experience in sourcing sales-related roles is highly desirable.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills are essential
