Total Compensation Package up to $120,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. Monthly Performance Bonuses : Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, meaning youll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.
Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Masters in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!
Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Remote, Work from Home Days: 3 days per month
Schedule: Monday-Friday 11am-6:30pm with rotating Saturday morning schedule

Clinical Guidance: Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring clinical industry leading clinicians such as: Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri Continuing Education : A minimum of 10+free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events. Your Role

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.
