Currently seeking a Social Security Disabilities Attorney to join the team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, client-focused, and eager to advocate for individuals navigating the challenges of disability claims.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims.
• Manage cases from intake through hearings, appeals, and beyond.
• Conduct client interviews and prepare them for hearings.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other related legal documents.
• Appear before Administrative Law Judges and federal courts as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to provide efficient, client-centered representation.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the state bar (specify state(s) here).
• Prior experience with Social Security Disability cases strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with clients facing difficult circumstances.
