Social Media Manager

LHH is recruiting for a full-time, REMOTE Social Media Manager for one of our clients in the Financial Technology industry headquartered in Chicago, IL. If you are read to help shape how a growing fintech brand shows up, this role may be for you!
Location: Remote. Open to candidates in Central and Eastern Time Zones only in the United States.
Compensation: $100K-$120K + benefits
Benefits offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, AD&D insurance, 401k plan, 10% annual bonus, flexible work schedule, up to 15 days of Personal Time Off is offered a year, 9 Paid Holidays, and other perks. Paid sick leave is applicable by state law.
Role Requirements:

• 3-5 years of social media experience in financial services, fintech, or a highly regulated industry.
  
• Proven success creating high-performing content across platforms
  
• Strong grasp of trends, algorithms, and platform best practices
  
• Creative mindset with a sharp eye for design and storytelling
  
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, and Figma
  
• Analytical thinker who can turn data into strategy
