About the Role:

• Create a customer-centric environment by fostering strong relationships with each customer.
• Provide expert knowledge on sleep products and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Drive your sales performance and achieve key performance indicators while exemplifying our company values.
• Build enduring customer relationships through effective communication before, during, and after the sale.
• Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends.
• Utilize social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and contribute to sales growth.
• Must be capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling over 50 pounds.

Compensation:

Enjoy a competitive pay range of $55,000-$75,000, based on experience and qualifications. Additional bonuses may be available for eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, awarded at the company's discretion.
