As a Sleep Consultant®, you will play a vital role in helping customers discover their ideal mattress and improve their sleep quality. This is not just a regular retail position; it offers you the potential for amazing financial rewards through unlimited commissions and a 401(k) match.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers by putting their needs first.
• Provide expert knowledge about our products and sleep solutions, serving as a trusted resource.
• Achieve personal sales goals and meet performance metrics while embodying our company values.
• Foster ongoing customer relationships, including addressing any issues post-purchase and providing delivery updates.
• Stay informed on competitor offerings, promotions, and services.
• Utilize social media to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull over 50 pounds.

Compensation:

Enjoy competitive pay ranging from $55,000 to $75,000, determined by your qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, awarded at the discretion of the company.
