We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to support logistics operations in an industrial warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP), strong proficiency in MS Office, and a solid understanding of inventory and transactional accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shipping and receiving processes using ERP systems
• Perform inventory control and transactional accounting tasks
• Operate sit-down forklifts for material handling
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Support data entry and documentation within warehouse systems

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Basic financial understanding related to inventory and transactions
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems
• Forklift operation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of data entry experience in an industrial warehouse
• Knowledge of industrial components and MRO practices
• Ability to track manufacturers, supply numbers, and cross-reference in ERP

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
