Shipping & Receiving Administrator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Administrator to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth handling of equipment for will call, cash on delivery (COD), and shipments. Key Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare equipment for will call, COD, and outbound shipments
• Update internal systems with shipping and receiving statuses
• Process documentation for accounting, purchasing, and customer service teams
• Package equipment securely to prevent damage during transit
• Inspect incoming goods and coordinate with shippers regarding any damages or shortages
• Assist with assembling and shipping outgoing merchandise
• Generate daily shipping reports using FedEx and UPS systems
• Receive and distribute incoming materials and customer equipment
• Document and report non-conforming materials or certifications
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and freight charges
• Stock supplies and parts in designated areas
• Monitor and maintain inventory of stockroom parts
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and workplace regulations

What You'll Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving high-value items
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or shipping systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
