• Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed
• Create and process purchase orders with attention to detail
• Maintain and update inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels
• Utilize QuickBooks for tracking and reconciling transactions
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Juggle multiple tasks while keeping operations running like clockwork

• Proven experience in shipping & receiving operations
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and inventory management software
• Strong understanding of purchase order creation and processing
