As a Shift Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our team, leading shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell's high standards. Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant. Competitive pay structure: The base pay range for Shift Leaders at Taco Bell is competitive, ranging from $13.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. In addition, team members may qualify for shift incentives, discounts, and other benefits as per company policies, ensuring a rewarding work experience. The day-to-day includes:

• Ensuring consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Overseeing Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintaining clean, neat appearances.
• Ensuring food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly, maintaining positive customer relations.
• Providing regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Offering ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members.
• Actively participating in training Team Members.
• Handling conflicts constructively and working with the GM to achieve resolution.
• Assisting the GM in screening Team Member candidates.
• Assisting with Profit & Loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor.
• Overseeing proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
• Assisting the GM with facility maintenance and ensuring health and safety standards are always followed.

Is this you?

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another).
• Attendance and punctuality a must
• Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers.
• Basic math skills
• Maintains customer satisfaction and adheres to health and safety standards
