Job Description

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Automation Engineer with strong leadership, insights on Mobile Architecture, software development skills and experience in developing and enhancing mobile test automation frameworks. He or she will be leading and designing/developing automated solutions including unit testing, functional testing, UI testing and performance testing that help guarantee the software quality across a wide range of mobile devices and tablets.

Power 2021 U.S. Banking Mobile App Satisfaction Study and the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Online Banking Satisfaction Study. We earned additional recognition by J.D. Responsibilities:

• Innovative approach to uncover issues during the development phase.
• Implement new testing frameworks for future products and features.
• Participate in code review of standards, procedures, tools, and quality improvement processes.
• Maintain automated regression suites/packages to be compliant with changing requirements and features.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
• Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
• Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
• Fixing application bugs before the final release.
• Publishing application on App Store.
• Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
• Designing and implementing application updates.

To qualify, you must have:

• Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
• Require minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
• Strong technical capability in some of the coding languages.
• Strong data or analytics background.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience analyzing complex data.
• Designing and building native mobile applications for iOS or Android.
• Develop and document test UI automation and application framework enhancements in Java + Appium.
• Must have experience in one of the mobile automation tools and frameworks.
• Hands on experience in designing and building automation frameworks.
• Java and Shell Scripting is MUST.
• Mobile Test Automation with Appium is a MUST.
• Selenium Test NG.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as an app developer.
• Hands on development of Android/IOS applications.
• Implement new testing/AUTOMATION frameworks.
• Extensive experience with iOS Frameworks.
• Knowledge of Apple's design principles.
• Proficient in code versioning tools.
• Experience with continuous integration & Unit tests.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
