Senior TSYS QA Analyst

As a Senior TSYS QA Analyst, you will make an impact by driving quality assurance efforts across integration and regression testing for a major financial services client. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering and Assurance team and work collaboratively with Business Analysts, Vendors (TSYS), and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and defect-free releases.

In this role, you will:

• Create comprehensive test strategies and detailed test plans
• Organize and manage integration test cases across systems and vendors
• Identify and execute manual and automated regression test cases
• Triage and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle
• Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with clients, Business Analysts, and third-party vendors (TSYS) to understand requirements and ensure alignment

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 23 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Richmond, VA. What you need to have to be considered:

• 6 to 8 years of QA experience in the financial services domain
• Strong hands-on experience with TSYS - TS2 Mainframe system
• Proven experience in Cards domain testing
• Expertise in functional testing and integration testing
• Ability to create and manage test strategies, plans, and regression suites
• Experience in defect triage and risk management
• Strong collaboration skills with clients, BAs, and vendors

These will help you stand out:

• Experience executing, enhancing, and debugging automation scripts and/or Excel macros
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools
• Ability to work independently and drive quality initiatives proactively
