This role blends the artistry of global cuisine with the operational excellence of high-volume catering. You will supervise a team, running day-to-day culinary operations, from menu creation to execution, while ensuring every dish reflects our uncompromising standards for quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the caf and catering culinary operations, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.
• Supervise, train, and inspire a team of culinary professionals.
• Plan and create menus featuring diverse global cuisines, tailored to a discerning clientele.
• Oversee cost controls, ordering, inventory, and scheduling.
• Execute high-volume catering with precision and creativity.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and compliance.

What We're Looking For

• Proven operational management experience in a culinary leadership role.
• High-volume production catering expertise with a track record of success.
• Current ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Broad culinary range and creativity, with the ability to execute multiple global cuisines.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of the operation.
