As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our advertising products. You'll collaborate closely with Machine Learning scientists and engineers to optimize algorithms, ensuring relevance and high performance under strict latency constraints. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, and troubleshoot scalable services and machine-learning pipelines that maintain high operational standards.
• Drive technology choices and continuous innovation within the sponsored products organization.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional development and helping them achieve their potential.
• Implement end-to-end solutions that handle millions of requests daily while maintaining low latency and meeting strict SLA requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with at least one programming language.
• 5+ years in leading the design or architecture of systems, focusing on reliability and scalability.
• Experience mentoring or leading an engineering team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
