Project Delivery Specialist

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the team, you will:

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and test plans.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, and evaluate their applicability to our organization's needs.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), including experience with complex, enterprise-level projects.
• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, roles, permission sets, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.).
• Experience working in government or highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Copado).
• Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, Informatica).
• Prior experience mentoring or managing junior developers.
