nPosition Summary
nThis position is located in beautiful Williamsburg, KY and is onsite 5 days per week, M-F with no weekend work. This is a customer facing role so this person must have strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service experience!
nManufacturing Quality Assurance work includes:

Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product
n n - n
Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products
n n - n
Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards
n n - n
Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods
n n
Pay Range: $78,000.00 - $128,000.00
nResponsibilities

Leads projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently with limited supervision
n n - n
Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals
n n - n
Supports continuous improvement/automation activities
n n - n
Uses advanced analytical/technical problem solving to develop new solutions to existing problems/procedures
n n - n
Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
n n - n
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
nTypically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a master's degree; or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment.
