The Senior Quality Compliance Professional completes annual quality reviews and research. The Senior Quality Compliance Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

n

The Senior Quality Compliance Professional completes medical records reviews for Coordination of Care studies. Analyzes data and implement corrective actions as needed. Reviews medical records for supplemental data and enter data in supplemental data base. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

n

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

n

Prior experience in working with project management with federal requirements

n

Experience working with external stakeholders

n

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

n

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

n

Strong relationship building skills

n

This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits

n

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

n

Must reside in Indiana

n

Preferred Qualifications

n

Quality HEDIS GAP closure experience

n

Applicable State licensure in field of study

n

RN or LPN designation preferred

n

Knowledge of Humana's internal policies, procedures and systems

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$78,400 - $107,800 per year

n

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
