Senior Product Manager, YouTube Shopping

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. In this role, you will help build the future of creator and merchant collaboration for YouTube Shopping. You'll grow the YouTube Affiliate Program by creating innovative features that empower merchants to incentivize creators to create content and drive sales. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:
- Define the overall strategy and product roadmap for building creator and merchant collaboration on YouTube shopping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, UX, PR, marketing and legal) to define product requirements, user stories, and user flows.
- Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
- Foster relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and customers spanning across geographies, and communicate the strategy and roadmap effectively.
