About This Role

iRhythm is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Clinical Digital Products for the Zio software platform. In this role, you will be the strategic business leader owning the roadmap and direction of next generation clinical reporting and the software tools that generate them. You will be leading an agile development team and working closely with engineering, design, and UX to build products that provide clinicians the insights they need to diagnose cardiac arrhythmias and beyond. Aside from the core development team, you will also collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to gather internal and external VOC, define product strategy, and launch new products and features.

Responsibilities include:

• Ownership of product area roadmap, communicating to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collect voice of customer and internal stakeholder feedback to understand unmet needs and pain points.
• Lead agile scrum team to scope, execute, and launch key software releases.
• Work with engineering, design, and UX to deliver high quality features and user experiencethrough iteration.
• Define, analyze, and communicate analytics data and KPIs to monitor product performance and outcomes.
• Ensure organizational readiness for all product updates and enhancements.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

The end user is always your first priority, and you strive to understand their day to day pain points through data and research.

Desired Qualifications

• 7+ years product management experience for digital software applications.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of product management best practices.
• Strong understanding of UX research and design processes.
• Experience with driving analytics and business intelligence to inform product strategy.
• Strong system analysis, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates initiative; results oriented; strong sense of urgency.
• 2+ years experience working in the healthcare or similarly regulated industry.
• BA/BS in science or technical field. Advanced degree or MBA desired.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong expertise in clinical data insight generation, visualization, and presentation.
• Clinical understanding of cardiac ECG data and rhythm interpretation.
• Experience with requirements management applications (Jama, DOORS,...) and design control applications (MasterControl)
• Experience with Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, etc.), road mapping tools (Aha!) and data analytics tools (Tableau, Pendo, GA, SQL)
• Software development experience using scripting/OO language
