Senior Medical-Surgical Clinical Nurse

The Medical/Surgical Hospitalist department is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our team. This pivotal role contributes to fostering a caring environment for patients, families, and team members through kindness and active listening.

Work Shift: Day (United States of America)

Salary Range: $88,192.00 - $136,697.60

As a Senior Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments and procedures, and documenting all care as per company policy and regulations.
• Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions effectively.
• Assessing patient needs and responses to care rendered to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilizing sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Providing primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administering prescribed medications accurately as directed.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Leading and guiding ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Hourly Minimum: $34.65
