• Lead the Construction sector of a regionalized marketing team
• Negotiate with carriers on client structure, handle market broker placement, program design, risk and collateral management
• Manage a large portfolio with heavy construction and real estate
• Handle large loss sensitive cases, large deductibles, group captives, and single parent captives
• Work with top-level talent and marquee names in the construction market
• Travel primarily for client day trips, minimal overnights
• Manage a small team (3 members + 2 assistants)
• Travel is more of a client day trip, not really overnights

Bachelor's degree and 6 years related experience required.

Preferred:

Professional designation preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
