As a member of the Payer integrated marketing team, the Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of the integrated marketing strategy. You'll be responsible for understanding market and customer insights, developing strategies, tactical plans, thought leadership content and go-to-market materials supporting the Payer market. These activities will ultimately deliver relevant, meaningful differentiation and spark insight-centered conversations that drive growth for the business. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for communicating in new and disruptive ways. You should thrive on creating innovative marketing campaigns driving results.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Leading integrated awareness and lead generation programs within the Payer market that advance category leadership and support business and marketing objectives
• Initiates and leads development of marketing campaigns to drive growth and support shared goals
• Create innovative, industry-leading marketing thought leadership campaigns that drive growth goals
• Influence new marketing strategies and initiatives to drive health plan buyer behaviors
• Determine appropriate marketing distribution channels when developing marketing strategies
• Acts as a collaborative partner, engaging with internal business partners and stakeholders at various levels
• Utilize marketing metrics to monitor and enhance campaign effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably B2B-focused
• Experience executing successful digital campaigns (email, web or content marketing)
• Proficiency in the MS office suite of Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Ability to work in Eden Prairie, MN, office 4 days weekly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with end-to-end marketing campaign execution (concepting, budgeting, execution, lead generation, attribution, results)
• Experience in cross-team collaboration
• Experience in fast-paced, complex project management, and an ability to juggle shifting timelines and priorities

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
