Senior Mandarin Language Enabled OSINT Analyst

BAE Systems is seeking a Senior Mandarin Language Enabled OSINT Analyst to support our government customer and lead a team of Mandarin OSINT Collector/Analysts. This Analyst will be working in a classified environment with other analysts who will be performing the following:

1. Serves as lead for a team of Mandarin Language enabled OSINT analysts/collectors for a geographic area.
2. Conduct all-source analytic production on sources and products of information available from public, private, and U.S. and foreign Government open-source materials within established security protocols.
3. Analyze foreign and domestic-based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements.
4. Conduct collection and exploitation of Publicly Available Information (PAI) via use of OSINT tools.
5. Produce Open-Source intelligence (OSINT) Reports and other OSINT network analysis products.
6. Coordinate and collaborate with other intelligence disciplines to produce finished intelligence products, including threat assessments.
7. Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
8. Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
9. Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
10. Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
11. Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
12. Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Foreign language capabilities of 3/3 LT1/ALTA/DLPT or better in Mandarin
• Experience leading OSINT or intelligence analysis teams
• Master's degree in a related intelligence area with 12+ years of experience in intelligence related field with OSINT experience within the last 2 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 17+ years of experience
• Experience utilizing Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) OSINT tools which include but are not limited to OSINT Tool Kit applications (e.g., SILO, SCRAAWL, Data Miner, and Babel).
• Demonstrated experience in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis or the exploitation of PAI or social media
• Prior military or government analytical experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Graduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.g., OBC, OS301/OS302, CASO, defense or IC equivalent (DIA BOTC, FBI OS101).
• Experience conducting intelligence analytical support for the IC/DoD

Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680
