Senior IT Disaster Recovery Analyst

About the Role

As a Senior IT Disaster Recovery Analyst, you will be pivotal in leading complex IT disaster recovery projects and initiatives. You will leverage your expertise to ensure the integrity and security of our data, databases, information systems, and technology during disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement technical disaster recovery plans and processes to safeguard our IT assets.
• Conduct comprehensive risk analyses to identify critical operations and systems essential for business continuity.
• Collaborate with business resilience and compliance teams to mitigate risks arising from operational disruptions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders on IT disaster recovery initiatives.
• Plan and execute exercises to test disaster recovery protocols.
• Develop and deliver training and documentation regarding disaster recovery procedures.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance overall disaster recovery readiness across the organization.

Essential Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in IT risk management directly related to disaster recovery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven problem-solving skills in varied situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and/or BCM.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Certifications such as ABCP or CBCP are a plus or working towards these certifications.

Work Environment:

This position allows for a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of working in the office three days a week. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
