Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Consultant, Identity and Access Management Solutions will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and overseeing robust identity and access management systems across the organization. This position will empower you to ensure secure access to essential resources, minimize risk exposure, and uphold compliance with security protocols—all while working with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Accountabilities

• Identity Governance & Lifecycle Management: Spearhead and enhance complex identity lifecycle processes by collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient provisioning and de-provisioning that meet operational needs and compliance standards.
• Access Management & Authorization Controls: Work alongside cross-functional teams to elevate identity repositories and authentication frameworks, driving improvements in governance and implementing scalable access controls across various systems.
• Access Certifications & Compliance: Maintain a close partnership with business areas to proactively identify risks, enforce compliance, and enhance access review procedures continuously.
• Authentication: Take the lead in assessing and modernizing authentication systems, contributing to scalable and secure solutions aligned with IAM objectives and standards.
• Privileged Access & Key Management: Provide expert guidance in overseeing privileged access and cryptographic key infrastructures, ensuring the secure management of sensitive credentials and communications.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience, with a preference typically for those with 5 years or more in a related field.
