Senior Consultant for Workforce Management and Engagement

The purpose of this individual contributor role is to strategically implement and execute Learning Strategies for ET. This position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders across various functions, including Technology Execution Management and Performance Office, and workforce management teams. The ideal candidate will utilize strong risk management and problem-solving skills to support workforce labor plans, engagement roadmaps, and reporting insights for ET.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the ongoing development of ET Learning Strategies and collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Work alongside the Senior Manager of Workforce Management, Planning, & Engagement to execute workforce strategies in ET business units.
• Support talent and engagement programs, balancing risk, sustainability, and financial targets while optimizing the workforce.
• Partner with HR and other teams to customize human capital programs tailored to ET's needs.
• Track and analyze workforce metrics, ensuring alignment with staffing requirements.
• Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities across workforce management and engagement processes.
• Communicate project updates and outcomes to ET leaders and HR partners regularly.
• Proactively identify and manage risks associated with ET's workforce.
• Participate in and potentially lead projects focusing on technology and departmental initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 6 years in information technology, particularly in software development.
• 4 years in business analysis or related roles with expertise in Project Management, Business Process Management, and Quality.
• Proven experience managing business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to gather and negotiate project requirements effectively.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills that foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of core systems and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management experience within a large-scale IT workforce management environment.
• Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Cornerstone, and Pluralsight.
• Experience in developing learning programs and curriculum design.
• Understanding of product management theories in large organizations.
• Ability to mentor less experienced team members.

Other Requirements:

• Sitting for extended periods is common; standing and walking are occasional.
• Ability to access and interpret client information via computer and communicate effectively in-person or over the phone.
• Willingness to work as needed, including overtime and minimal travel (up to 10%).
