Senior AWS Cloud Solutions Architect

This role is on-site, five days a week and requires an active TS/SCI security clearance.

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:

• At least 10 years of overall experience in the functional area to include web applications systems integrations.
• A bachelor's degree in related field required. A master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Three (3) years of recent and relevant experience with DoD AWS Unclassified, Secret and Top-Secret cloud integrations, microservices and container platforms (such as, but not limited to, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, AWS EKS), etc.). In addition, experience in hybrid monolithic deployments using VMs, OVAs, EC2s and using Kubernetes to manage container deployments.

Required Certifications:

• Must have at least two (2) of the following trainings or certifications. Four (4) years proven relevant experience may be substituted as applicable to each certification.
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional
• AWS DevOps Engineer Professional
• AWS SysOps Administrator Associate
• AWS Advanced Networking Specialty

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.

Minimum Salary: $150,000.00

Maximum Salary: $165,000.00
