Job Summary: As a Senior Application Development Professional, you will lead a dedicated team focused on implementing and integrating SAP's S/4 Supply Chain Planning software applications within our Protein and Salt businesses. This versatile role requires you to manage the testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and support of applications, ensuring smooth software transitions and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Requirements Solutioning: Analyze business requirements, research potential solutions, and implement the selected options.
• SAP Application Configuration Management: Develop complex configurations tailored to user and business needs, while optimizing application support processes.
• SAP Application Deployment: Oversee advanced configuration, testing, and deployment of updates for application versions.
• User Communication & Support: Maintain open communication with users, addressing complex support requests and assisting in User Acceptance Testing and Super User training.
• Application Support: Execute intricate technical activities to ensure successful business outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with multi-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business partners to align configurations with project standards.
• Workstream Leadership: Act as the representative for the Supply Chain Planning workstream, managing staffing and budget while mentoring team members.

Minimum Work Experience:

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in SAP S/4 Supply Chain Planning, including areas such as Production Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, and Inventory Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in SAP S/4 Supply Chain Planning.
• Proven ability in integrating SAP with external production planning applications.
• Experience presenting to and influencing executive leaders.
• Involvement in high-impact global ERP projects and change management initiatives.
• Experience with SAP IBP, Advanced ATP, SAP BTP, and/or SAP DM.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $162,000, with variations based on factors such as location, experience, and education. Additionally, you will be eligible for a discretionary incentive award based on company and individual performance.

Location: This position is available in Atlanta or Wayzata. Candidates should be prepared for onsite work.
