As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic tech environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure atmosphere for all personnel. Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will contribute to a positive experience for everyone on site. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating company vehicles as part of your patrol duties. Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns according to site protocols.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and helping to maintain authorized entry to sensitive areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while representing Allied Universal.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
