As a Security Professional - Unarmed Bank Patrol in Bluffton, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence for clients and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver exceptional customer service while communicating clearly with all individuals on site. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to address questions and provide assistance as needed.
• Support Allied Universal management in implementing site-specific security-related procedures and protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
