As a Front Desk Officer at a leading technology location, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors and staff. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, verifying credentials, and maintaining a professional presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with all individuals, and represent Allied Universal's values of reliability, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and guests by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor logs as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including communication with appropriate personnel and first responders.
• Help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk.
• Communicate professionally with all individuals on site, answering questions and providing directions as needed.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual observations, or concerns according to Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
