As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeFri09:00 PM - 05:00 AMSat09:00 PM - 05:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business interior and its perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the financial institution to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist employees, visitors, and/or customers with directions, information, and general inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with site management and local law enforcement as directed in the event of emergencies or critical incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
